Johan has been actively involved in incubating and consulting to businesses for 15 years. He brings to bear his extensive financial and business skills and has served corporate companies in roles including Chairman, Financial Manager & Financial Director.
Johan served at Haggie Rand and as commercial manager at Johan Shearer (SA) Limited. He was appointed to the board of Electronic Cost Systems (Proprietary) Limited in 1987 and was instrumental in the development and marketing of the Billcost suite of software. Johan listed Billcad Holdings Limited on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in 1997 and served as executive director until January 1999. Johan was actively involved in the successful listing of Beget Holdings and served as Financial Director until joining Blue Financial Services Limited in the same position. Johan was instrumental in the listing of Blue Financial Services on the AltX Stock Exchange and his financial acumen and expertise in stock exchange related matters is an invaluable asset to the company. Johan serves as director on numerous boards and organizations. |
